Put aside the fact that I am now very strangely addicted to and now adore running, my new love is *S*T*R*E*T*C*H*I*N*G* after a run!! Oh, it is such bliss and I get myself into a such a tangle of limbs that it must look downright obscene at times. Just as well that I wait to get to the the privacy of my own home before indulging myself

Ooer missus! I dont stretch very much, i tend to find that a brisk warm up walk is better for me, i do stretch a little however. To be honest, as a graduate you must have been doing something to get that far and jolly well done to you too! Ed x

I've not done any stretching as so far I've found the warm up/down walks have sufficed. That may change when the runs increase in length.

Not to lower the tone too much but I do a little stretching after a run, but the hot shower....no that's what I call B*L*I*S*S!
