Well, after reading some of your comments about whether or not to eat before a run, I have decided to try it. Up to now I have gone out on my run straight from bed with only a drink of water. Laura tells me that being dehydrated can cause cramp! So today I have had a banana and a cup of tea and am waiting 45 minutes before this final run of the programme. It will be interesting to see if I feel any different. As I wait I am just thinking, "I could be out there now half way through my run if it weren't for this banana!"
