Not sure where I should be posting as I’ve graduated but still on consolidation runs...
Annnnyway, I’ll keep it briefer than normal. No bananas - so just a cuppa before I drove to my run. Bit worried about that. 18°. Just going to listen to a podcast - Stella McCartney and see how it goes. Twice round the ponds. 30 minutes this time - no mistakes! Distance 4.8km in 29.49mins Pace 6.09 km. Glad to stop - hot - 23° - and sweaty. My toe aches😩

I still post on here and I graduated a few weeks ago! You guys are my friends, and I’m reluctant to leave you! I do post on B210K every so often, but I feel like the nervous new girl!! 😅😅
Hey, that’s an impressive run - mighty close to the elusive 5k/30 minutes! Very well done. 👏👏 Beautiful scenery too! ❤️👍
Yes, I’ve posted on there too but I feel like a fraud. I’m not running anywhere near what they’re running (as you can see) I’ll keep on with the consolidation for a few more weeks and hopefully it’ll become a little easier especially when it gets cooler! See you on the bridge! 😂
I was playing on the bridge for months before I decided I wanted to run further than 5k. Most of my fellow graduates had moved over so I wanted to keep in touch but you will know when it’s the right time. Also you will want to help those just starting out with answers to all the same questions you asked when you were on the plan. So play around on both for a while.
Ah... I’ve had a google and no mention of it in the 70’s... maybe it was my Nanna, she was always singing old songs. It’s in the English Patient apparently, but there’s a film I’ll never see 😂
Well done 59er. You can join us on b210k community now if you want but you can post on either, depending which audience your post is relevant to. Are you somewhere exotic at the moment?
