Hope you are all in the Chrimbo spirit. Just back from W9R2, and I found it so hard today, like at one point I felt like I was running on the spot!! My last run was on Monday so defo been a while, and didn't manage it during the week due to the torrential rain.

One more to go eh!?

Well, today is my 60th birthday. I wanted to finish all nine weeks by today, but no go. I have finished week 8, which for me is amazing. Never thought I could do this!!!! Happy Christmas everyone and keep running!
