woohoo! did a non stressful little run today. I did my favourite the c25k+ speed run.

I wanted to see if i could do it without aggravating my tenderness. I did with no problem. I intentionally ran a bit slower than in the past.

I did my intervals at 8kph slow and 10kph fast. It felt so easy that i actually skipped one of the slow downs and ran through at 10kph for three minutes, then ran one at 13kph, then slowed down, relieved that i hadnt lost all that effort.

Excellent, Gazter - glad to hear that it was tenderness-free! I love that you squeezed in a sneaky run. Brilliant!

Excellent stuff! My favourite too! I think I'll start back with stepping stones-torn ligament in my left knee from avoiding a large dog rushing me. Out 3 weeks now, but i won't restart until better. Well done for managing to complete the run :-)

bugger got a sore knee today.... rest today and tomorrow and try on monday... Absolutely no problems in my abdomen after running :)
