yep - after the failed run on Monday, from Monday night ive felt really really rotten. bad tummy, bad head, bad bottom......;-0

no wonder my poor lungs werent working properly. it just goes to show that you should listen to your body.

i am determined to get back out there as soon as I can. not yet. not till properly better. i think i'll try a run from week 3 to ease self back in to it when i do get back out.

thanks everyone for your support. i was soooo narked i couldnt finish the run but you all calmed me down and gave me a good talking to, which i needed. ta very muchly!

be blogging when i get back out.

keep on running everyone!!

;-) ali

Ali, really pleased you are taking it easy now. In this lark listening to your body is key. Look after yourself and ease slowly back. This site is full of us wishing we'd listened to our bodies and taken it easy for a week or two. The programme's not going anywhere and we're all still here to chat to even if you are temporarily couch bound. Sooooo relax, get better and we'll be here to applaud once you're up and off again. In the meantime, big applause for listening to yourself :-), Sara xox
