I am an injured runner. I have been fine all the way through the c25k but this week my knees are very painful. I should have started week 8 this week but alas am back to the couch...almost.
I have been resting it and freezing it. Any advice would be much appreciated. How long till I can run again?
I am missing running already and I feel more tense and tired!

Hi Samia, you could try heat as well as cold. Also make sure you sit with your knees elevated to reduce the blood pressure which will help to control any swelling. Otherwise remain as mobile as possible but not running, just potter around the house. Only start running, very gently when there is no pain. Good luck, Ed
