got to week 4 then got ill...

Hi I have been following the plan and really chuffed to get to the second run of week 4...then a rubbish cold struck which has floored me for over a week. My question is, should I start week 4 all again or should I go back even further to try and make back any lost fitness?

I'd say don't go back, just start back where you left off. You might find that you haven't lost too much of what you gained. Sometimes a rest is a good thing and a week or just over isn't so very long. Just have a go and see how you feel. Take it easy, don't push too hard and enjoy being out again. Have fun!

Thanks for that. I'm going to try tomorrow and see if I can still do week 4's five minutes runs! My chest is still tight from the cold I have had so I might need to take it slowly but Ill give it a whirl!
