Yes I was having knee problems just after I took up running again. A fitness instructor recommended them and they worked a treat - no more knee problem.

I should explain - this was about 5 years ago. I stopped running due to groin problems - it turned out that I'd torn some muscles and it took ages to get them sorted. Then I just never got back to it and am now overweight and unfit. Have just joined this site and I will definitely be buying some of these insoles before I start running again.
