Ok just wondering what your thought are on this?

Doing C25K on a Saturday/Sunday and Wednesday and possibly having Mon/Tues as days off from it?

I really would suggest to have at least one rest/recovery day in between runs. Your body will thank you even if you feel like you could do runs back to back. We did Sun/Tue/Thur, which left Fri/Sat open. I wish you well in whatever you decide to do! :-) Gayle

Hmmm, it's a difficult one this. My son (studying sports physio and rehab) says that you can't overtrain. Other people say that you should let the body rest because that's when it strengthens. How about you do early morning Sat and evening on Sun and then Weds, if you can. That way you leave the longest time between the Sat workout and the Sun one. At least while you're starting out, probably when you're more acclimatised to this running lark, you could train each day, if necc. I'm not an expert but I think it's better to keep the momentum up and do the 3 runs (at least) per week. Be gentle but also push yourself - it's a fine line. Why not give it a go - you'll know if you've done too much and can adjust accordingly. Remember too, that some weeks you'll be able to do it easily and others you won't - keep flexible.
