Got up at 6am to a glorious frosty morning for my second run of the plan ( w1r2 ). It's amazing what you miss when you stay in bed. Taking things easy as I had to stop running 2 years ago due to tendonitis. All feeling fine, fingers crossed.

WELCOME and GREAT job in getting going! You're right, take it slow and you should be okay. Best wishes! Gayle
Thank you Gayle. This community it just what is needed I think. Very encouraging and supportive. Tricia
Well done, Tish! You've made a great start to the programme. Remember it's okay to take more than one days rest between runs. I frequently take 2 days rest as my knees twinge now and again and they stopped me running a few years ago. Yes, it's amazing the things we see when we're out and about that we would miss when we're tucked up in bed! I think the running enhances all our senses, must be the oxygen! Best wishes for the rest of the programme!
Thanks Oona, will keep that in mind. I may well need more than one day to rest now and again! Tricia
Welcome aboard, Tish!! I hope that you have a wonderful return to running!!
Keep Running!!
Steve
Thanks Steve, going to give it my best!
