Weight loss update

Just thought I would do a quick update on my weight loss since starting the programme.

Although I have remained at the same weight for the few couple of week, I have so far lost a total of 10lbs. I have continued to lose inches over the last couple of week and my inch loss since starting C25K is as follows

Chest - 2 inches lost

Waist - 3 inches lost

Hips - 3 inches lost

Overall, I'm pleased with my progress so far and hopefully these longer runs will speed up the weight lost to :-)

Congratulations. I'm sure the longer runs will speed up the weight loss and the weight loss will speed up the runs. WIN WIN.

I don't seem to have lost anything these first 2 weeks, (I have plenty to lose!), and I haven't measured myself so can't tell if I'm changing shape yet. But I know it will help lose weight as I keep going.

Thanks for your blog - it is yet another one that is inspirational for me.

Good luck as you keep going, you will get to where you want to be.
