Just thought I would do a quick update on my weight loss since starting the programme.
Although I have remained at the same weight for the few couple of week, I have so far lost a total of 10lbs. I have continued to lose inches over the last couple of week and my inch loss since starting C25K is as follows
Chest - 2 inches lost
Waist - 3 inches lost
Hips - 3 inches lost
Overall, I'm pleased with my progress so far and hopefully these longer runs will speed up the weight lost to
