After three weeks of terrible runs due to man flu I have finally recovered and got my running mojo back!

Have had this week off work for half term and have managed 3 runs, a cycle ride and a swimming session. It's great to be back!

I've got a hybrid which has been fine up until this week when my daughter bought a road bike and she disappeared off into the distance!
