Week 1 done.

Just completed my final run of the week and this time ran outside. It seems to go quicker (though not sure if I will say that at the end of next week). Also used the Double Run app rather than Laura. The voice is boring but I can listen to my own music.

Well done PeaBea on completing the first week and also for getting outside - its good to mix it up so you dont get bored.

Good luck for your future runs. Sue

I used run double as well. I would listen to Laura the days of my run, then go out later listening to my own music, using run double app. and replaying Laura's advice in my head. Welcome to week 2! Gayle
