Well after not going out for weeks I went out with a friend of mine yesterday..i had done the nhs 5k podcast and the 5 k plus but all on a treadmill...so different going outdoors..I did 2.92 miles felt good ..came in..made cuppa sat down got up and then I ache all over..but want to say thank you all for your blogs..this is what gave me the confidence to get out there and do it x you are all a great encouragement xx this site is fab x
