Back in July I finished week 2 - and then that was it, no more running.

But a few weeks back I started again at the beginning, and have now completed week 3 and just about to start week 4.

I have realised that trying to run 3 times a week is just unrealistic for me - I have too many other things to do. But it seems to be working ok by going out Saturday morning and then either Tuesday evening or Wednesday mornings.

Ok, podcast has downloaded, so no more procrastination - on to week 4 (gulp).
