This morning I got up and did my W4r2 run, I completed the run feeling positive! BUT im dreading W5! All i keep hearing how its the toughest week! Seriously starting to worry now and it was so cold this morning Saturday will be the day of reckoning for W5r1!!
Fearing W5!: This morning I got up and did my W... - Couch to 5K
Fearing W5!

Did W5R2 this morning. I found W4 harder than either of the first two W5 runs.
Just go for it, you might surprise yourself.

Don't panic. I find that is the worst thing for running. Just start of slow and take it easy. You'll do it!

I think thinking about the next run is the worse part! If you're anything like me you over-think. None of my runs have been as awful as I imagine them to be - they're worse! (only joking!?!). Seriously, go for it, you can do it!
I lie in bed working out routes.......
Me too. Only trouble is, when I come to run them there's always an extra bit that I've forgotten! Last Sunday I had to change mid-route, due to a track being 2 miles longer that I remembered (according to a signpost).

I don't think week 5 is the hardest - but it is definitely the scariest, because it seems like such a jump. You'll be fine, trust the plan!

I was absolutely dreading week 5 but I've just completed run 2 this morning and I'm finding it so much easier than the previous 2 weeks (they were a struggle for me). I think it's definitely more of a mental block than physical ability (like good old Laura says!) so it's best not to start worrying about the next run and instead be proud of what you've just done.
If it's too cold get a wooly hat, it warms you up so quickly and you can just take it off when you get too hot. Or go later in the day as it might be a bit warmer!
Remember you've come this far, and this time next week you'll be laughing at how worried you were!
