..since graduating. I've run with my friends who were on Week 7, but felt under challenged. Tried doing Stepping Stones but felt over challenged and was starting to feel like giving up. So, after reviewing what I like about running I started the B210K program today. I've bought the Bluefin app which tells you when to run/walk while using your own music. Not as motivational as Laura but hey ho!
I felt much better about today's run. I ran for 33 mins (should have been 40mins) and ran out of route just near my home so abandoned and went home but I ran furthest and longest than ever before, so I'm happy and feel back on track

Hi Caroline! Thought I'd comment - I ran week 2 run 3 of B210K today and am actually really enjoying it, feeling pretty good about it although I do admit it seemed a little daunting at first when I looked at the times of running/ walking etc! Good luck with it
Well done on committing to the B210K - it will set your confidence skyhigh to complete, which I am sure you will. It's easy to feel a bit lost at the end of the C25K, after hearing the reassuring voice of Laura helping you along. There are some other B210K podcasts on Andystev's page with a lady called Sami doing a bit of voice coaching to music but if you already have your app sorted then you are good to go!
Hi Carole - I've got Sami's podcast as well :-). The advantage of the app is it maps and times the run, it uses your music but it doesn't say much. I'm going to try Sami's on Wednesday
