OMG I've only gone and done it. Out this morning at 6.30, not quite believing Laura when she told me what she had in store for me today. But, yes!!! I did it! I ran (albeit slowly) for 20 minutes and although it wasnt easy and there were times when I wanted to stop, I did it! Woohooo!! Go, me!! Now waiting to woop the arse of week6 !

Great feeling innit - I was very apprehensive about this run but managed it with a bit to spare!! Had read about people being overconfident after this run & going too fast on the next & struggling so keep it steady & pace yourself on the Wk6R1 I did it yesterday & it felt ok ,I think the knowledge that I can do 20 mins now gets you in a completely different mindset for the 8 minutes Well done!!
Congratulations! I think this is the hardest run of the whole programme and you have cracked it x
Who once said (30th Aug) "OMG, Cornish_Piglet I am so in awe of you!! You can run for 20 minutes!! One day I WILL do that too!!! It seems like such a long way off for me"
Aaaw cheers Spud, yes I really did say that didnt I - in those days when I couldnt run for three minutes without alerting the local A & E department. Woohooo!!
Thankyou all for your lovely congratulations. Pip_Pop, if that was the hardest run then I might even allow myself to look forward to the next one. Yeeha!
