I have sent two messages to JR21 to claim my graduation badge and have had no reply. Have I got the right person and if so do we need to be worried if he doesn't message back? Or am I just impatient?!

I think he maybe attends to that particular admin task on here on a weekly basis. I know I contacted him after completing the programme on a Friday and the badge appeared during the following week. I've noticed others who have graduated on Friday and are 'crowned' en masse either Mon or Wednesday the following week.
