I did the W5R2 today was hard especially the second 8min.I was waiting for laura to tell me the 8 min is up and kept on crawling/running.when i heard it i was like yesssssss! I did it.I am dreading the 20mins run 3.I just hope i can do it.

I have just done W5R2 too - my first 8 mins felt "comfortable" and the 5 minute walk seemed far too long & I was itching to run!! The second 8 was a grind - and to hear I only had 60 secs to go was a relief - but I did it.
A part of me is actually looking forward to the W5R3 - but that nagging voice still reckons I can't do it!!

Well done, jucioj!! You have now passed the halfway point!! I truly believe that at this point, the program has your body ready for a 20 minute run. It is now up to you to provide the mental part. Don't doubt the program, don't doubt your body and most of all... DON'T DOUBT YOURSELF!!! You can do this!!

jucioj, YOU CAN DO THIS! Look at you, already in W5!!!! Every single run to this point has prepared you for the dreaded 20!!!!! Just go nice, slow and steady, just placing one foot in front of the other... looking forward to a great update from you!!!!
