Not me either. Have you just started the programme? Do you find many places to go running? I remember the country as very built up... or private land... or hilly! Very hilly!

Hi there,

I've been doing the programme for a few weeks now - have just completed W8R1 so I'm feeling pretty happy. I actually live just across the border in Spain and have been running along the promenade along the shore as it is nice and flat and I don't have to worry about traffic or anything. I'm doing C25k with my friend who lives in Gib and we have been looking at options for runs there but you're right, it is very, very steep in places.

Oldgirl - the weaher isn't especially sunny this week! In fact, I had to do my first ever treadmill run this evening as we've had loads of rain the past couple of days. When it rains here it really lashes!

I found the treadmill run far easier than my recent outdoors runs. Week 7 didn't go well at all but I'm feeling buoyed after tonight.
