There really is nothing better than being out in the fresh air on an early morning run
So today was my 2nd attempt at week2 and yay I managed run1 and felt good, made sure I did plenty of stretches when I got back home. The last time I tried wk2 my legs really hurt but one of the members on here directed me to the livestrong website for advice and I now incorporate the advice about stretching into my run routine.
Next run tuesday after work and Im soooo looking forward to it
