Ran run 1 week 7 after week of no running due to work commitments. Was so nervous and slightly excited ! Yeah I did it. Bit achey today but also feeling good. Not bad for an over weight fifty year old grandmother .

Well done you - two more weeks and that's it!! Did the week off have much effect on you? I need to do the same run but been off with work/cold/TOM and really frustrated that I haven't been able to get out there.

Might try it later on today - have a good week!!!

I'm heading out to do W7R1 tomorrow and am hoping for success like yours! Should have gone today and looking at the forecast for tomorrow I think I'm going to regret that I didn't! Oh well, I'll just have to get the head down. I'm sure there'll be some other C25kers out getting wet at the same time! Good luck for the rest of the runs!
