I'm really tired today. Think I may have overdone the cycling yesterday. But I eventually got myself out the door to do my scheduled run and although I can't say I enjoyed all of it (I like *some* of it) I feel better for doing it
My right thigh is aching today, I don't know what caused that, but is started after Sunday's walk of all things!
My hamstrings are *very* tight. When I tried my ;Yoga for Hamstrings' session yesterday evening I could barely move my legs halfway into the poses
Going ok, 83km now with today's cycle. Have to see how it goes now with new meds, fingers crossed coz really enjoying the challenge, though I am more tired than normal.
