Week 2 complete :-)

I completed my final run of week two today ( whoo hoo!) I usually run Mon, Weds, Fri but work commitments meant I had a 4am start on Friday so it never happened for me yesterday.

I had hoped to run Friday afternoon but felt completely wiped out after such an early start. So, this morning I set my alam for 7am on a SATURDAY to get my run in!!! Today felt no worse than on Wednesday and think I coped fairly well over all. Don't get me wrong, the first couple of runs seemed longer than 90 seconds but overall it was a good start to the day.

Looking into week three, I just hope I can manage 3 WHOLE MINUTES, not once but twice. I'm going to give it my best shot anyway. My partner had been working away recently, but will be able to join me on Friday for my final run of week 3.

Oh, almost forgot, I weighted in on Friday and lost another 3 lbs this week (8 in total now since before starting C25K!) I also lost another 1 inch from both my chest and waist and 1/2 inch from my hips as well this week :-)

To reward myself, I'm off to the hairdresser this morning and then off to buy some warmer running kit as it was still blinking cold this morning bbbrrrrrrrr
