Well I did it... W3 now completed in style. 6.30 this morning I was out, started my 5 min walk going up to Plymouth Hoe with just seagulls for company (Lets face it, it was early on a Sunday morning). Don't know how I managed it but all the walking seemed to be done on the uphill bits and all the running was downhill or on the flat except for the last minute of the last 3 minute section. Week 3 now finished, do I listen to W4 before I start or do I just go with it? Decisions, decisions. Loved it though so really looking forward to W4 now
