Seagulls for company

Well I did it... W3 now completed in style. 6.30 this morning I was out, started my 5 min walk going up to Plymouth Hoe with just seagulls for company (Lets face it, it was early on a Sunday morning). Don't know how I managed it but all the walking seemed to be done on the uphill bits and all the running was downhill or on the flat except for the last minute of the last 3 minute section. Week 3 now finished, do I listen to W4 before I start or do I just go with it? Decisions, decisions. Loved it though so really looking forward to W4 now ;)

Hi,from over the river in Torpoint and well done on the hill missing out, no matter which route i take i seem to always catch a hill on the up! I'm struggling to get a route sorted for W5R2 on Tuesday..I know where i want to run but at 5.30am it's to dark so i'm guessing it's HELLO HILLS!!

Hi, visiting only as my daughter's at Uni there but it was lovely running along the sea front. Live in Oxfordshire so no sea for me sadly. Good luck for W5R2, I know what you mean about the darkness, I usually go out in the evening and it's dark so early these days.
