New Kit

Just received my new kit, an early graduation present, although still one run to go. Gloves and leggings, so I've got no excuse to stop when it gets colder.

Woo woo, that sounds good! When are you doing your grad run? Mine SHOULD be on Sunday, back to the big wide world although I do love the treadmill dearly, I've only done 3 indoors so it feels right to do the last (of the beginning) outside. If you are, we can cheer each other across the finish line!

Hopefully I'll be out on Sunday morning if my dodgy knees recover enough. I'm sat here at the moment with mr Bump frozen gel pads on my knees!

I do hope they are better for tomorrow. Will be thinking of you doing your run as I do mine, can't really believe we're at W9R3!!!

Think you should splash out on some knee supports today while the shops ar open! (you can tell I live in a small town, Boots is closed on Sundays here).

Its getting cooler here in the early mornings too. I'm not looking forward to the darker mornings and evenings very much, I suppose I'm worse this year as we have had no summer to speak of.
