Just done my first Speed podcast

Think I might be going to sweat to death. My last speed run was uphill, I still managed though. Thought I would jog out the rest of my 5k route but ran out of steam just before the end. The intervals were much harder work than i am used to.

Well done on finishing speed, don't under estimate it, its a hard strenuous workout even though its quite short in time. My leg muscles always know they have been worked after this little gem, I just love it. ;)

There was a definite level of satisfaction at the end, quite looking forward to my next interval run, maybe at the weekend.

I did it this morning for the 1st time.. within a few hours my thighs and bum were aching and I hadn't kept at the slower running pace either, I had been going slower to get my breath back!! Did enjoy it though ;)

Really feeling it now in my thighs. Nice rest day tomorrow.

Yep girls this is one workout that tells you that you have worked when your leg muscles talk back to you later in the day. I found that a brisk walk helped mine to settle down, didn't go far either but it was enough to tell my muscles to shut up!!!! :)

Loving the speed podcast, can really feel it in the tops of my legs! Still can't manage every interval last night I just did 4 out of the 6, but will work up to doing them all in time. Yoga today!
