Dreaded week 5. Did run 1 today and it was okay. I felt that I could have kept going which is a positive sign.
Not sure if I'll still be positive on Thursday eve as I think about run 3 on Friday. But let's get Wednesday's run 2 out of the way first. Hmmm ... 8 mins ...

You will be fine. The fact that you felt you could have kept going means you have found a comfortable running rhythm and that's the key. You already have the stamina to keep going for 20 mins because you have completed the inyerval training of the past 5 weeks and Laura says to trust the plan ! You can trust it. Good luck. You are about to feel really proud of yourself!
