In May running 60 seconds was huge, the shift from week 3 to 4 was a real struggle, but today i ran for 32 mins and sprinted at the end!
I have dropped a dress size, lost 1.5 stone and more importantly i have lost inches! Its not been easy, but it has had a hugely positive effect on my life, and for my general health, I just need to remember this, so my inate laziness doesnt reassert itself!
