just completed 1st run of week 1 and suffered a lot, finished it but just ! now very worried about what will be week 2, would not it be wiser to run every other day for let say 2 weeks on week1 podcast and then move on when i feel its a bit more easier?

Dear bipbip, have faith in the program. 3 runs at each level is quite enough - I was knackered after the first 2 runs of week one - this morning, only 5 weeks later, I ran 20 minutes non-stop without so much as a puff and a pant. Read all the blogs, they will inspire you I'm sure and just trust in yourself. Good luck and happy running. YOU CAN DO IT!

There's no need to repeat a week if you managed it, no matter how hard it felt. The programme will push you, but if you did it, no matter how slowly, you will be ready for the next stage. It's going to build stamina and the best way to do that is to push yourself a little more than you think is possible. Your body WILL respond. Each week brings its own challenges, yet each week we meet and defeat them! :) Even if you have to slow down, don't worry, just keep going. Let us know next week how good it feels! :)
