Today I got up early, ran for 6k and could have kept going. For the first time since I started c25k back in April I really loved my run. I nearly didn't go at all because I felt tired, but I am so glad I did. I was slow - it took me 43 minutes, but I don't care, because now I know I can do the 10 k I have entered in October. I shan't be racing, if I can get round in one piece I shall be really pleased.

Brillant! Funny how sometimes things just go right and it really boosts your confidence. You will be scooting round that 10k course in October.

Wonderful, it is amazing how, despite feeling tired/sleepy, with the right mindset, we can still get out there and run and enjoy it too!
