A bit obsessed!?

You know you're raring to go when: on your rest days you're reading about all sorts of running including barefoot, hmm? Discovered you're an 'underpronator,' researching what to wear, what to eat/drink or not, boring people who 'hate running' or are just not interested, checking out other runner's form/gait (yes I know, I know the jargon) and finally being on here writing a blog when I've never written a blog in my life. Oh btw I'm only on week 5 R2. Oh but it's fun eh?

Yup, that's me too! My latest thing is a cd that musician friend of mine has done teamed up with Helen Hall the first woman barefoot Ironman and ultra distance runner. I'm just listening to it, it teaches you barefoot technique - really interesting and enjoying it. My dogs think I've gone very weird and keep following me about as I'm practising, haha. I wish the barefoot shoes weren't so expensive though as I've spent all my money on a Garmin forerunner! Totally obsessed....

Oooh, going to try running on a beach first in bare feet. You probably know this but it teaches you not to heel strike and is beneficial for a good running style, so I have read... Good luck with your running and technique. ;)
