W5R1 here I came

Last week I completed week 4 I was finding quite heavy going so took adice and slowed it down - i run on a treadmill due to injury so did the warm up on a 5% gradiant then ran on the flat at only 7.5km but I did it with all the walking at 5% at 6km I was so pleased with myself so tonight I shall atempt week 5 ...wish me luck building up to W5R3 on friday

I really enjoyed my W5R1 run today and am looking forward to the other two runs later this week. I've no idea what speed I went - other than slow - but I managed to keep on running for a few extra minutes after Laura said to stop after the final 5 minutes run.
