Yesterday I did my 3rd run on the 1st podcast, it was really warm so I took it gently and I tackled the big hill I don't like it was still hard but in. the end I walked run it then ran 60 seconds when I was at the top!
I also ran at a quicker pace on the last 60sec run it felt great.
Im finding the 60 seconds of running alot easier and I feel more in control of my breathing, I can now run up the stairs at home without feeling breathless.
Week 2 starts on Friday! Eeek!!
