Well done you, a good tip for you don't stay in bed too long stayinbed Have a walk it usually loosens off tight leg muscles.

I always do the 5 mins at the start and end of the runs. I wish I could summon up the energy to do some stretches afterwards too, maybe that will happen in the dim and distant!
