well its time for run 2 today and i am not looking forward to it, I am aiming to do 4.9k (4.76 in last run) so will get to 5k hopefully on Fridays run. The only trouble today is its absolutely blowing a hooley! I run across a cycle path on the beach so am exposed to the weather, dont mind running with the wind but when its time to turn around and run against it its going to be pure hell on earth!!!
