I have now had a go with both the Stepping Stone and Speed podcasts and thought they were fantastic - challenging, yet managable for where I am at. Having listened to the intro for Stamina though, I'm a bit nervous about whether I'm ready for it. The pace sounds very fast (158-165bpm) to keep up to for 35 minutes?!
Is it a lot harder than Stepping Stone?

I tried it last night and enjoyed it more than the other two. There is a little bit of singing in the tracks whichtook my mind off the running more than the others. Mysteriously eventhough I was running faster I still didn't run any further than I would have if I had done my usual plod and I definitely kept time with the beat. I was absolutely kn&ckered though. Be warned - Laura tells you that you are at the end of a session only to go on and tell you that you are immediately moving on to a faster session - I found it a bit off putting and walked around 30 seconds between each of the different speeds. The final 165 bpm is only for 5 minutes so managed to run that part all the way through. I did exactly 5K in the 35 minutes.
I did it this morning and found it ok. I jogged during the walk time and was nicely warmed up. I usually start out too fast but this starts slow and builds up to a faster speed at the end but I wouldn't say too fast. I also liked it better than the other two.
