Back with the programme after a 12 day break

I and a friend recently completed a 10 days hillwalking challenge and although I had hoped I'd maybe manage a run on the occasional shorter days, it didn't happen. This break was followed by a two day camping/hillwalking trip to Torridon with hubby - including one very long, tough day, so again no running.

This morning it felt great to get back out there and walk/run for 30mins. I completed my W3r3 and was delighted to find I didn't struggle at all. I'm now looking forward to moving on to week 4.

I would think with all that hill walking you are even fitter now than before. Good luck with the next week of C25K, it'll be a breeze I'm sure. Well done.
