I start for the third attempt at Week 8. It's not that the runs (28 mins) are difficult it's just that with injury, busy at work and last week exhaustion that I've not completed the week properly.
I'm doing my first run tonight and have planned my week so that I progress to Week 9.
Panning is everything, so if you've had set backs then focussing on planning the week will help.
When I graduate I want to graduate without cheating myself. Good luck to everybody!
