Well that's week three done and dusted - I've taken to running in compression socks to prevent calf stiffness and pain and just to let the world know it really helps in fact so far no calf pain or pulled muscles.if your having issues give it a try.

I had the same problem with pains in my legs but I fount some muscle balm in the cupboard which I bought a while ago from a body builders shop for my son as some one had said it would help with growing pains which it it for my son

so I thought if it helps body builders with there muscles It would help my legs so aim now calling it magic cream

Hello and well done for getting to week 3! I'm about to start week3 and i'm suffering with shin pains and can only run on grass to prevent it, compression socks sound like a brilliant idea! Where do you get them from?:o)

well actually i had them from the hospital following surgery but you can buy flight socks from boots, superdrug etc they do the same thing ...good luck :)
