Week three has taught me...

...that no matter how impossible running for three continuous minutes with a physical disability sounded at the beginning, it was completely possible. Not only was it possible, it was possible three times in the same week!

Challenging myself to start running felt like an impossible task when I was out of breath, in pain, and wheezing after week one run one but the pride at the end of week three is immeasurable.

(And my wasted calf muscles are getting bigger!)

The burning lungs are worth the emotional high that comes with the end of each run.

It goes to show our bodies are capable of more than we give them credit for ❤️
