I graduated C25K in April and did the Race for Life in June, 5k in 33 minutes - which I was pretty happy with.
I've kept up the running but it's been a bit spoardic and some weeks I only seemed to manage 1 run a week and it never seemed to get any easier. Since being on holiday (I'm a teacher) I've really pushed myself and have been doing 3 runs a week.
So....I have discovered that 'the secret' is to keep at it. The last 2 runs I've done have been really enjoyable and I ran them much easier than ever before.
