Will it drive me mad?

I have been having a little listen to the C25K+ sessions before actually going out and using them. Plan to go tomorrow and use the Speed one. But will I be able to cope with all the 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4?

Anyone used it yet? And was it very irritating?

Yes! Well ...audiofuel drives me crazy, but I still use it occassionally.

But if Laura says 1,2,3,4,...I could probably listen to that at least three times before it became annoying

Yes, i find it much easier to do the 1 2 3 4 then listen to the music beat. I tried it yesterday (stepping stones) it seemed much more exhausting than my normal run.

Todays update;-

I did the speed session today and found the counting quite helpful. I would not have got the rhythm otherwise as to my ears the music did not have a strong beat. Also it did not sound so strident when out actually running.
