If you have managed to run week 5 run 2 you will be ready for run 3. Take it nice and slow and Laura will help you through it.
All the best, its the best feeling ever when you complete it.
It's the one that everyone worries about, but I think if you go really slowly to get your breath you'll be ok. And good luck
