Started the C25K programme after hearing a discussion about it on the radio, I think it is great, just ready to start week 6 without missing out on a single training session. looking forward to running a 5k park run at the end.

Well done Len in starting this C25K training program, you beat me by two years, I started C25K in April this year, a month before my 72nd birthday, yes, I agree, it's never too late to start running or for that matter starting exercising, in general, to keep healthy and fit.

Well done! Go you! It’s a great programme isn’t it. I’ve graduated but I haven’t done a park run yet I’m waiting til it’s a tad cooler 🙂

Wow Len1945, the programme is brilliant, so pleased you’re enjoying it. I found it excellent. The Parkruns are great fun, loads of support and encouragement - keep on running. So glad to welcome another septuagenarian to the fold, it’s a great place to be. Totally addicted to running! Very strange place to be after all these years 😎.

Good for you! Enjoy!
