Failed R1 - the heavens opened, and I got absolutely soaked and lost the will! Have just done R2 successfully - but soooooooo slowly; 3.48km in 28 minutes. How does this compare with other people's distances; should I be despairing? Still loving it!
W8R2 - at a snail's pace . . .: Failed R1 - the... - Couch to 5K

don't worry about distance or speed, it's all about building the stamina to keep going for 30+ minutes and you're doing that. You can always plan to follow the additional podcasts when you graduate because they're designed to have you running a bit faster if you feel you want that. Not long now. And you're enjoying it too so that's got to be a plus! Well done

I think that's about my pace - I'm covering about 2 miles excluding warm up/cool down walks. It's enough for me right now but I do intend to now redo the podcasts at a faster pace but mix it up with the new ones as well. Hopefully it will help to improve my pace! And maybe one longer run each week... I'll see how it goes...
Well done on getting this far, good luck for the next run, not long until graduation now
