Gutted - Hamstring injury :(

:( I've had a hamstring niggle for a week, and today it felt better :D so decided to try W6R2 and well managed the walk and about 2 minutes of running before my hamstring went... Struggling to even walk now...

Looking at all the advice online (yes probably a bad idea) it says rest time anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months.... I hope it isn't that bad and I can get back into the program as soon as.

Am hoping to find something I can do that is limited to my hamstring area

  • I feel your pain. I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago between W6R2 and R3 and am absolutely gutted that I can't run. Never thought I'd say that 6 weeks ago! We have no choice but to rest our injuries and fully recover. Hope you have a speedy recovery and get back into it soon.
