I've had a hamstring niggle for a week, and today it felt better so decided to try W6R2 and well managed the walk and about 2 minutes of running before my hamstring went... Struggling to even walk now...
Looking at all the advice online (yes probably a bad idea) it says rest time anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months.... I hope it isn't that bad and I can get back into the program as soon as.
Am hoping to find something I can do that is limited to my hamstring area
