Feeling Good

Just completed W3R3 and for the first time felt really good and beginning to think I might actually complete this! I had a two week layoff after pulling my calf muscle on W3R1 and was a bit worried when I started W3 again on Monday and found it quite hard work, but today everything went really well and by the time Laura said "one minute to go" I actually found I could speed up a bit and ran the last 60 seconds fatser than anything I've done for years. As a 61 year old who hated cross country at school and has avoided anything involving running for the last 40 years, I'm impressed - this programme really works!
